I became a governor in 2015 as the first of my 3 boys had started at Coads green primary. My specific governor roles include attendance and safeguarding.
My family and I moved into a farm up on east moor back in 2011 when I had left the Royal Navy after 11 years service as a Submariner.
I subsequently went on to become a school bus driver serving Launceston College from the north hill and Congdons shop area.
I now work full time as the store’s manager/caretaker at the private treatment centre in Bodmin and part-time on the farm rearing sheep and beef.
As a Parent governor I am keen to play an active role to ensure the future of Coads Green Primary as I will have children attending here until 2026.
