In art this term, Class 2 have been exploring the wonderful world of Quentin Blake and his iconic illustration style. The children have loved learning about his techniques and the way he brings characters to life with such energy and expression. Inspired by his work, they have created their own illustrations using dip pens and watercolour pencils, just like Blake himself.
The results have been fantastic, with each piece capturing the playful and imaginative spirit of his artwork. The pupils showed great care and creativity in replicating his unique style, and we’re incredibly proud of their efforts. We hope you’ll agree that they’ve done a brilliant job!
